Open G-NAF End User Licence Agreement (26 February 2016), listed on data.gov.au as CC BY 4.0. Fact sheet: "The EULA terms are based on the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0). However, an important restriction relating to the use of the open G-NAF for the sending of mail has been added." Grant (EULA s.2(a)(1)): "a worldwide, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to exercise the Licenced Rights in the Licenced Material to: A. reproduce and Share the Licenced Material, in whole or in part; and B. produce, reproduce, and Share Adapted Material." Use restriction (s.2(a)(2)): "You must not use the Licensed Material for the generation of an address or a compilation of addresses for the sending of mail unless You have verified that each address to be used for the sending of mail is capable of receiving mail by reference to a secondary source of information other than the Licensed Material."
